I am starting to worry. I had gotten down to 151 in the first month

or two of your plan(even worried the weight loss would not stop).

But now it seems to be creeping back on. I am now 164 :(. My

highest was 265. So I get very nervous that it wil ALL come back.

I do not know if this means my body is toxic again and packing on the

fat as protection. The only non-organic non free range thing I eat

is pork rinds and I have cut those back(I found pastured pork

cracklins:) I do think a lb or two is from constipation but the rest

I am not sure.

Here is a sample of the things I eat:

spiced pate ( homemade)

fake cream

4-5 eggs for breakfast swimming in vco

egg milk

safe lunch meat and hot dogs

garlic stuff olives

homecooked pork, beef, lamb etc (all of good quality)

ALL veggies make me worse even saurkraut so I avoid them but continue

to make fermented ones to but up for later.

I am taking the supplements as best as I remember. I have had nausea

lately. I do the vco, Garlic in the olives and some clove in my tea

as antifungals. I will also be starting back on nystatin monday

(can't take much else because I am still breastfeeding). I have

started also taking some piobiotics in the middle of the night when I

wake to use the bathroom. That has help my stools but not solved the

underlying problem of the hemmoriods.

Help why is this weight coming back and can I stop it before I end up

back where I was?

Thanks

Kara
