Guest guest
I wouldn't use it. the salt is not going to be good ocean sea salt and the garlic is probably not very good either. And you already know the last two ingredients aren't good for you. Many of those kind of prepared " salts " also have MSG hidden in them. why not just crush some garlic cloves, put them along with some good sea salt into a mortar and pestle and mush them together for your own garlic salt? If you need it to be dry, you might be able to dry it out in the oven or a dehydrator. jackie > > Hello im just wondering if garlic salt is ok.. the ingredients are as > follows: > > salt > garlic powder > tricalcium phosphate > hydrogenated soy & cottonseed oil > > i know the last two probably aren't too good for you but was wondering > if its ok to use a bit here and there > > thanks! >
