Guest guest
Hi everyone, I've been following the program close to perfectly for the last 10 months. I have calculated that I'll have to do 3 years altogether to get fully well. Even though I know I'm not even half way there I'm feeling like the healing reactions are not really improving so fast. Is this normal or am I possibly doing anything wrong? How was it for you all when you started? How long-in proportion to the full length of your individual time length-did it take before the majority and most intense severity of your healing symptoms improved? I still suffer from severe nausea every day for several hours after drinking my taheebo tea and/or after breakfast, and my diarrhea is not getting any better. I find it difficult to be patient. My legs are also swollen daily and my belly severely bloated after each meal for a few hours...and most recently my seasonal allergies have returned after years of being gone. Retracing perhaps? Because of this this I've felt too weak to practice yoga in a studio for the duration of the program (I can only do mild yoga at home). Is this also normal? What can I expect as far as speed? Will I most likely be feeling this bad for the entire 3 years? If yes, then I guess I'll get really patient by the time I'm done. lol. Is this normal or am I possibly doing anything wrong? ==>, healing reactions are an indication the program is working so they are not a bad sign. Healing occurs at a different rate for different people, which depends upon many factors, including: -current stresses - " nutritional status " from both parents upon conception -how long they've consumed " bad " fat and oils since the body's cell membranes need to be reconstructed out of 50% saturated fat (lungs require 100%) -how extensive the damage was, particularly the condition of vital inner organs -the level of toxins in the body, i.e. a lot of amalgams with mercury -whether as many toxic sources as possible have been eliminated, including cleaning and personal care products, electromagnetics, etc. ==>Also, the body will re-trace all previous symptoms, illnesses, diseases, injuries, and detoxify previous drugs, anesthetics, etc. according to Hering's Law of Cures. The reason it re-traces is because the area needs to be cleaned up, i.e. toxins detoxified, and it needs to be re-built, which creates " healing reactions " as well. > > How was it for you all when you started? But I felt better after figuring out the diet; I was doing Dr. Crook's program and many foods he allows feed candida. Examples of recovery: There was a lady in my candida support group in 1987 who had diarrhea for 8 years prior to starting on the program. It took 8 months on the program for the diarrhea to stop. I had vaginal yeast for 25 years and it took 2 1/2 for it to stop. My brother had diarrhea for over 20 years so it will take 20 months for it to stop and so on. > > I still suffer from severe nausea every day for several hours after drinking my taheebo tea and/or after breakfast, and my diarrhea is not getting any better. If you read my candida story you know how severely sick I was, yet I wasn't severely sick the entire 2 1/2 years during my cure. At one point I was only able to eat 9 foods in the whole world (everything else came back up so I had no choice) and I was losing 3 lbs. a day. I was literally skin and bones. Of course I didn't have this excellent program, which I've developed over the years because my own experience, the experience of others I've helped, and lots of study and research, particularly the high " good " fats. Thank you so much Bee for your reply. I often think about what you had to go through, throwing up after each meal in the beginning. How incredibly strong you were to stay on course and not give up! It is an inspiration to me and most likely to so many others on our forum. I have not had to go through that on this program and I am really grateful. I just get scared sometimes that I'm doing something wrong, not fully understanding what I'm supposed to do. But it seems that the fact I'm having reactions is not a sign I'm doing thing wrong but instead a confirmation I'm doing things right. > Healing occurs at a different rate for > different people, which depends upon many factors, including: > -current stresses I just moved to another citu so that might explain why I'm having some more challenges at the moment. > - " nutritional status " from both parents upon conception > -how long they've consumed " bad " fat and oils since the body's cell > membranes need to be reconstructed out of 50% saturated fat (lungs > require 100%) > -how extensive the damage was, particularly the condition of vital > inner organs > -the level of toxins in the body, i.e. a lot of amalgams with mercury > -whether as many toxic sources as possible have been eliminated, > including cleaning and personal care products, electromagnetics, etc. Thanks for this explanation. It really puts things in perspective. > ==>For me it was over 1/2 way, about 1 1/2 years, when it took a > total of 2 1/2 years. That sounds like what I'm expecting now. I'm hoping by Christmas things should turn around for me. > > I still suffer from severe nausea every day for several hours > after drinking my taheebo tea and/or after breakfast, and my diarrhea > is not getting any better. > ==>, are you taking enough hydrochloric acid, or eating 1/2 cup > of sauerkraut with every meal, and improving your digestion in other > ways as listed in my main candida article? Yes, I have read this part a lot and find that I seem to be following the guidelines really well. Except shuld I NOT leave the egg yok runny? I do boil my eggs very loosely, I thought the runnier the better, ie the more raw the better. I eat loads of sauerkraut with every meal (it's one of my biggest expense), I have too much hydrocloric acid in my stomach so I don't need to supplement that fortunately, I haven't touched raw vegetables since the start. I think I'm doing what I am supposed to. Granted i've had a lot of digestive issues for many years. > ==>Your body will retrace all stomach upsets, even those while > pregnant, from stomach flu, or times when you got indigestion from > drinking alcohol or indulged in too much sugar, etc. If you had the > flu say 10 years ago, 10 months on the program means you will retrace Wow, that's so amazing. I've had a lot of binging on sugar in my lifetime.... > ==>I don't believe you will feel bad for the entire 3 years. That's good to know. Thank yo again so much Bee for your patient support! I'm so grateful for your program and this list! I will do my best to stay strong and stay focused!
Guest guest
, yes you do leave the egg yolk runny. Keep up the good work. It seems you are doing everything you should. Good for you! Have patience and you will be successful! Believe in the wonders of your marvelous body and its ability to heal when you give it what it needs to do its job.
