Can you tell me how you take your coconut oil? Is it just a plain

spoon full? Warmed and drink? Do you add anything? I've been warming

it to liquid then adding some lemon juice.

This is not true, if you read the main file " How to Successfully

Overcome Candida " you will see that only 10% of fats convert into

glucose. Coconut oil is a pure fat.
