I also made the Ketchup recipe from the files but didn't add lemon juice, and I watered it down to a sauce consistency. After the egg/zucchini bake came out of the oven, we spread the ground beef/onion over the top and the Ketchup over that--it was so reminiscent of pizza my husband even ate it with us!!!! I would definitely recommend this for anyone with pizza cravings (which I don't have but the rest of my household does.) Also, I put oregano and basil in the egg/zucchini mixture before I baked it.
