Two questions:

#1 (though I'm pretty sure of the answer...just looking for

reassurance) I've been taking allergy shots for about 12 months..those

should stop right?

#2 How quickly could you feel even small die-off symptoms? I took my

1st Tablespoon of Coconut oil tonight and about 30 min later my throat

felt sore and spat out some discolored phlegm. Then that was it. The

soreness subsided and no more goo. Also, where can I find the timeline

for taking coconut oil?

==>Hi Amy/Ohio. Welcome to our group. You might wait to start

cutting back on them until you are completely on the diet and

supplements. That way you will be building up your system and be

better able to handle going off the shots.

==>You can get die-off symptoms immediately from that much CO. There

is no timeline since each person is different, but my article

recommends starting with 1 teaspoon 3 times a day, and gradually

increasing the amount by 1 teaspoon every 4-5 days, up to 6 tbls. per

day. If you get too much die-off at any dose, cut it back a little

and wait before increasing it.
