Any feedback regarding this is very welcome! ==>Hi . Welcome to our group, and thanks for posting your message on the group. > > Hi Bee, I've been reading through many of your posts on Curezone > as well I joined your group on and it seems I've been whacked > over the head and back into reality. I work in a health food store and buying in to all the anti-fungal advice for candida I've taken > everything that is on the market and about to try Sacchyromyces > Boulardii or something like that as a last effort after 3 years of > trial and error. > >I've followed and attempted the diet many times but always I seem > to lose focus on it after a couple months and would fall back into a > cheating mode. Eating more carbs, sugars. > > Anyway my main questions are regarding The Psyllium and Bentonite > shakes, I feel some relief from these and I've noticed that you are > not a fan of them due to potential allergy with the psyllium and the > Bentonite containing heavy metals. I was wondering where you read that about the Bentonite, simply because you are the first person to ever mention it but unfortunately for myself it also makes total sense to me. So if those are out, how do you feel regarding high intakes of fiber to flush out the colon? ==>Here's my articles about pysllium and bentonite: I do not agree that the colon needs to be flushed out - here's a quote by Sally Fallon, Weston A. Price Foundation, from her article " The Long Hallow Tube - A Primer on Digestion: " " The lining of the large intestine is as smooth as the inside of the mouth. Contrary to widely held belief, only in cases of severe illness, such as cancer, does fecal matter remain stuck to the wall of the bowel. Even in the elderly, the feces pass through the smooth wall of the bowel without sticking. Except in very high fiber diets, the bulk of the feces is made up not of fiber but dead bacteria. " Fibres are very hard on the intestines, often causing damage, and they speed up digestion so there isn't enough time for the proper absorption of nutrients. In fact fibres inhibit the absorption of many nutrients as noted in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods16.php Also see this article " Fibre is Unhealty, from Dr. Kwasniewski " who has been using his Optimal Diet to cure heart disease, cancer, diabetes, asthma and a host of other diseases for over 30 years in Poland: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods17.php > As far as Miso goes, I'm very sensitive to molds would you still > suggest I take it? I do plan on getting on your rejuvelac drink asap > since I feel I'm at the point where I just need to recolonize and > maintain the diet. Oh and what do you think about fresh sauerkraut > juice, is this pretty much the same as the rejuvelac drink? Sorry I > haven't read enough of your diet theory to see your opinion on this yet. ==>No, I do not suggest you continue having Miso. Since cabbage rejuvelac is a probiotic I recommend you add it as the last step in my program. First is diet and supplements. You can only cure candida by building up the immune system so it becomes strong enough to " make " candida change back into the friendly organism it is supposed to be in the body. You cannot cure it by " killing it off " with antifungals, nor by " trying to " implant probiotics in the gut. ==>Taking probiotics too soon is a wasted effort as explained in my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida. " > Also I noticed a post of yours that approves of Hydrogen Peroxide, > I was wondering if you've heard of MMS. It has an oxidizing effect > within the body but unlike H202 it doesn't have any negative byproduct (So they say). No I'm not familiar with MMS. There are so many products on the market and I try to keep my program as simple as possible so it provides just basic nutrition. When the body receives proper nutrients it will heal itself. > > Lastly I recently read up on how the Illececal valve being open can > mimic Candida symptoms as it causes autointoxication of waste passing back from the colon into the small intestine, and being reabsorbed into the body. I'm seeing a really good chiropractor for a herniated disc and twisted knee, he's actually the 8th one I've had to see as many of the others just wanted my money it seems and healing me came second. Anyway I asked him last week about the Illeocecal valve and he could check mine right away using muscle testing to determine if it was functioning ok and if it was open or closed. Well go figure mine is wide open and he did some adjustments to close it and I'm going to have regular therapy on it for the next few weeks, I'll let you guys know how it goes! Has anyone here ever had this diagnosed or treated themselves and corrected? ==>The question is " what caused the ileocecal valve to malfunction? " There is also an article on massaging that valve yourself on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/massage1.php The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
Sorry , I forgot to add the website address for the bentonite clay and psyllium: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_6.php Cheers, Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee for the answers! I'm curious, by posting " what caused the ileocecal valve to malfunction? " do you suspect it is or was caused by Candida. Do you have any links to info regarding the effects of sugar on Candida as far as how it contributes to the speed that the candida develop? I'm just curious if I have a serving of quinoa every day is it still too many carbs. Since everywhere else I've read it seemed like this is the ONLY grain based carb that is ok for the diet besides millet. I'm really afraid if I cut out my last two grains (Quinoa and Millet) that I'll shrivel away through the sheer loss of calories. Can someone with a ectomorph (skinny man) body type maintain their weight with your diet? Or do you have any suggestions on what foods to focus on to achieve this. I'm a hungry man, when I would eat brown rice pasta I would need to eat the entire family pack for dinner just to maintain my weight. I just don't want to starve... While it is impractical to cut out all carbs, this program cuts out the worst offenders. You should go on this diet gradually anyway, so having quinoa is okay at the beginning. > > I'm really afraid if I cut out my last two grains (Quinoa and Millet) that I'll shrivel away through the sheer loss of calories. Can someone with a ectomorph (skinny man) body type maintain their weight with your diet? ==>The high fats on this program will provide plenty of calories because fats contain 9 calories per gram, while protein and carbs contain 4 calories per gram. It does take time to get your fat intake high enough however, because most of the fats are also antifungal, so take your time changing over to this diet. ==>When you have candida weight is the least of your problem. At one point on my candida program I was losing 3 lbs. per day but I didn't have this program when I cured my candida. > Or do you have any suggestions on what foods to focus on to > achieve this. I'm a hungry man, when I would eat brown rice pasta I > would need to eat the entire family pack for dinner just to maintain my weight. I just don't want to starve... ==>You will not starve, nor feel like you are, when you are able to get your fat intake high enough.
