I also exercise 2 hours per day, good intensity. > Oh dear Bernadette, sounds like a long haul - 17 days on liquid diet. How are you doing? I just wanted to say that, even though you would probably prefer to hear it from miss Bee herself, I think she would say: Do NOT cut the oils. It is your carbs that are too high. cut them to 30 (and dare I say you could go lower - but I would start at 30 and see how you feel) and even raise your fats! fats don't cause fat stores! carbs do. (and to further paraphrase for Bee - losing weight is the least of your worries. As you clear the yeast from your system, your body weight will normalize (as long as you keep your carbs down). You need to fats to help your body to run smoothly and eliminate the toxins) Love to you,
Guest guest
Hi Helen, I have needed to do the diet liquid for a while due to sever gastrointestinal problems. I have neglected to do it due to the fact that it is hard to do. I then added spiritual reasons/prayer/need to the motivation and I have been successful. I intend to continue for sometime. I know it is helping the colon a lot. I drink the egg drink 3x a day using bone broth for the water in the drink. Then I juice the carbs using candida busting carbs such as cabbage, onions, lemon, ginger. It has been a wonderful time, but does get hard. I do enemas every time I grow weak or symptoms seem to get rough. Bernadette
