Guest guest
Hi Teri I dont mean to be......whatever it is.....but yeah, I am having difficulty either expressing my ideas to you, or understanding what your saying. I kinda think that maybe we are both saying the same thing, but Im not sure. To me my logic is....logical. Ive got a picture in my head of the whole process. How to explain what I see properly is another matter. I guess after Christmas sometime I will try to do some reading to better my understanding of the process, and also do some research to find good simple answers that I can add to the Links Library for everyone to draw upon. This is one of the many questions folks have asked this year about simple things, and its frustrating to me that there is still confusion....in me too. I think what would help me understand better is things like - 'what is the exact time that the regen process stops, and exactly why it stops' - chemically speaking. What happens in the body at each stage of the liver damage - medically speaking. You would think that with all the reading I do, I would be able to better understand and detail it.To me this is VERY important info. love don in ks Hi Ashe Some people swear liver flushes [cleanses/detox] are a good thing and helpful. Perhaps so. In my research though, I have read just the opposite enough times to make me wary - 'that liver flushes do very little to help, and - they may cause a lot of damage if one is not careful'. I personally dont have an opinion one way or the other, nor do I use a liver cleanse protocal. Ashe, from my own experiance you can do more to help your liver with diet, lifestyle changes, and suppliments than any other way - IE: love your liver. There is no 'quick fix'. I think it takes years for us to damage our livers, and it takes a long time to heal. We went round and round awhile back about the liver regeneration question. I say that the liver is constantly regenerating until it no longer functions. Other folks disagree with me. I am NOT a medical professional. ------------------------------------
