Guest guest
Hi Everybody The first and only RULE to stopping smoking is this - - YOU HAVE TO WANT TO OUIT SMOKING - 100%. If you have one iota of doubt, please dont even waste your time. My experiance is this - [50+ years of smoking] - Ive seen all the gory movies, and read all the articles and stats. - Ive tried all the meds, patches, smokeless cigs, toothpicks, suppliments, vitamins, diets, la dee da's. - Ive been in the hospital, jails, and mental lockdowns where they dont let one smoke. - Ive prayed, been to groups, wrote letters, had Guru's, doctors, and played every game imaginable. - Ive been pumped up, pumped down, pumped sideways, and pumped inside out by 'professionals', and non-professionals alike. None of it did me any good because - I DIDNT REALLY WANT TO QUIT SMOKING. I repeat: - YOU HAVE TO WANT TO OUIT SMOKING - 100%. If you have one iota of doubt, please dont even waste your time. Now, if you are sure 100% that you are going to quit - then you will put down that cig, and never look back. NOTHING else works, and ALL the games are BS. And this RULE applies to everything in life. love don in ks FYI, I quit smoking September 14th I was on Wellbutrin. Never got the urge again to smoke. Try it. My husband smoked for 35 years and quit it's been almost 3 years he went on Chantix. The stuff works if you take it as directed. I quit before for 10 years on my own. I wasn't a big smoker. But when I was popping perks I wanted to smoke that's why I started again, when I herniated my back they gave me percosets. Hmmmm, it is strange because my husband now found that spot on his lung that they have to look into. He said he thinks because he stopped smoking it unearthed something on the lung?? I think subconsciously, your body is telling you to stop because their is something wrong? My take. Because when people stop they find a problem. But they can't figure out why? sharon Reply to sender | Reply to group | Reply via web post | Start a New Topic Messages in this topic (42) Recent Activity: New Members 7 New Links 53 Visit Your Group
