Guest guest
Hi Gloria and everybody One thing I have learned that has helped me function better mentally is to play a musical instrument. Not only does it calm my mind, [meditation], but it helps me focus. I believe that it helps also to make my mind sharper, because when I finish, I can retain things in my mind longer. Its weird to explain, but somehow it helps. I dont know if painting or other forms of art [culture] work the same or not - I dont practice these things now. I used to, but not anymore. Gloria, I think your son speaking at the service is a very good idea. For both of you. Please dont you blow up at folks. If they are twisted, just turn your back on them, and walk away. No one needs to carry someone else's bad energy, or deal with their imposed stress. Im just full of Guru stuff today. LOL :-) love don in ks From: trudykinsey@... <trudykinsey@...>Subject: [ ] Brain fog or ...?"Hcv" < >Date: Saturday, January 1, 2011, 8:28 PM Hubby has had a cold. I'm sure he feels bad; is quite impatient with me. I hope this is simple brain fog. I can't remember what we are talking about, even tho I am in " mid-sentance " I forget. I asked his opinion on something. He gets frustrated and says we just talked about this yesterday. He goes over it again. Earlier I said something, Hubby says" It wont matter, you will take a nap and not remember anyway!". That hurt. Hell I don't have to nap to forget. I do hope this is simple brain( chemo) fog and will get better. http://facebook.com/people/andTrudy-Kinsey/1340460877 " "A well- behaved woman never made history"...Mae Westhttp://oktravels.wordpress.comhttp://allrecipes.com/cook/TrudyK/profile.aspx ------------------------------------
