I have a question about ssdi

I haven't worked for probably close to 14 yrs. Would I be able to apply cuz I

don't have points anymore since it's been so long. If I can, this time I will

hire an attorney to deal with it and I will just have to jump thru their hoops

like seeing drs,etc. I applied once and got denied. We had just moved my mother

up here from Idaho to Wa. and I was so busy with getting her settled and set up

for medical care that I didn't continue with the appeal process before the time

allowed to do it ran out. Since then my back has gotten worse, dx'd with fibro,

restless leg and HCV and had the spinal fusion in my neck.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
