From what I hear, Vertex was really strict about what info got out and what info didn't.  They aren't letting ANYTHING jeopardize this drug being released.  NOTHING.  They have such big plans for Hep C Awareness and eradication it's amazing.  I will be addressing a group of nurses next month who will be answering a 1-800 line that Vertex is starting for people with Hep C.  Not sure where I'm going, we're thinking it's Boston again since that's where Vertex is.

As far as I'm concerned, they should pick up all the costs of his medical needs now!!  I mean the pharmaceutical that was running the trial.By the way, my trial was also a double blind etc. and no one knew if I was actually getting the Telaprivir or not.  Still, the company did not disclose the viral load.

Oh, I'd so love to be part of that!!! Always, since I was on the 1st tx., I knew that I needed to try to get the message out to others.
