Guest guest
Hi Trudy Ive been a hippy my whole life - 50 of 60 years. I did everything hippys do and then some. LOL :-) Mostly I was caught up in the music scene. I got to run around with all the big names back then. We would party so hard that we ended up crawling around on the floor, too stoned to get to our feet. Remember this song...... Those were the days my friend We thought they'd never end......... Im fighting hard so that they never do, but - alas - time is whooping up on me. But Im still doing ok. No more sex or drugs....but I still have rock and roll. LMAO :-) love don in ks From: trudykinsey@... <trudykinsey@...>Subject: [ ] Hippies"Hcv" < >Date: Friday, December 3, 2010, 11:00 PM Yep I'm an old hippy infused now with Oklahoma Redneck! I missed woodstock by one year( parents, jeez). But they used to hold " the Jams" every weekend in Tampa. A mini-Woodstock. I hitched from TX to LA and then back to Fl( how stupid we were back then!). Spent one winter hanging out doing stuff I will always deny!! I sold flowers on the corner of a busy intersection. Paid just enough to raid 7-11 when I had the munchies! I just never told anyone that I was really 16 at the time. When I found out I was pregnant with my oldest, I changed Every thing! No drinking, no partying, just a boring parent. Seems like that was the Establishment we were trying so hard to get away from! But I've always been a bandana-wearing, moccasin instead of shoes, in my heart!!http://facebook.com/people/andTrudy-Kinsey/1340460877 " "A well- behaved woman never made history"...Mae Westhttp://oktravels.wordpress.comhttp://allrecipes.com/cook/TrudyK/profile.aspx ------------------------------------
