I absolutely agree, Don!!But then, the only reason that I have an opinion on any lawyer here in town, was because certain clients of mine, went into a 5 year battle over their assets. As a result, I got to know several lawyers on a first name basis.Sadly, the male of these clients, once swore to me that he didn't care if it cost him a million dollars, he wouldn't give anything to her. Well, the law says a whole lot different after 37 yrs together, doesn't it. In the end, he died of liver cancer and didn't even change the titles of the properties that he got in the division. I honestly believe that he did it on purpose and perhaps a little help from his lawyer. He knew that his ex would

ensure that all of his assets went to the kids and so it did.Gloria

Folks around me call the TV lawyers - ambulance chasers.

I get tons of spam from them too in my email.

Usually this kind of lawyer is worthless, seeking only to enrich themselves.

Their clients usually get very little.

Good lawyers dont need to do much advertising - maybe just a listing in the Yellow Pages.

actually I am not sure, I thought she was a hepatoligst, but her card she gave me says physician assistance. I have met the main doctor running the trial once in the beginning, but I got the impression that he does not treat patients, they called him the director, which to me sounds like he runs things, not really sure what it all means. I never met with him, and never saw him at the center after that day.

I always assumed that the doctor I see goes over everything with this director, but I am really never told anything so i am guessing here.

Sounds like where you are going they keep you informed, and knowing that the main Gastro will be looking over everything is good to know.
