Guest guest
I have a friend who has to eat gluten free because of siliac or something like that. I was on a diet way back when I cut out anything with sugar/white flour etc. It was all protein but it wasn't that great I think it bothered my bowels. Brown rice flour huh, never heard of it. I am the biggest white flour, sugar freak u have ever met. Now, I am going to cut back as much as I can. I stopped smoking Sept. 14, because my son always asked me for a cigarette. I couldn't stand the fact that I was contributing to his cigarettes so I said this is the last day I am smoking a cigarette and I have not had a cig since. Not bad, huh. I smoked for 9 yrs. before that, and quit then started again. I will check it out at the market. If I have damage to my liver I will go on a celery diet I don't care. I have to get the blood work tomorrow and am dreading it. I am phobic of doctors, yikes! Well and in denial I guess. I hope your doing well. Your right thou, sugar gives you highs and lows and plays with your blood levels for sure.thanks for the tidbits it all helps. From: Sent: Thu, December 2, 2010 12:11:26 PMSubject: Re: [ ] Sugar Freak Sharon, Stop anything with white flour too. Guest guest
get the majority of your proteins with qouinoa, brown rice and beans. qouinoa is a complete protien, is tasteless so you can throw it on about anything without affecting flavor. FOR MEAT PROTIEN CONSTIPATION: your Magnesium before bedtime will fix that in a jiffy! I don't eat meat anymore with the exception of grass feed steak twice a month. My Iron is very low unlike most HCV Sufferers whose iron is usually very high. The vegetarian iron sources don't work for me, otherwise I wouldn't eat meat. I eat red meat for the high iron content only, No other meats. At 09:30 AM 12/2/2010, you wrote: > > > >I have a friend who has to eat gluten free >because of siliac or something like that.
