Guest guest
Don,I am not going to drink, I can promise you that. I don't like salt, but I like sugar and sometimes fried foods. Not always, but sugar, well yes. I don't drink coffee much, no salt, I could live off of sugar. Bummer, but true, I don't eat alot of red meat I like chicken. I like rice, potatoes etc. I eat out a lot in restaurants, I am stopping that. I am going to start today to make salads etc for me and the kids. You see all my kids are thin (except one, but he hasn't grown yet, he should be about 6'3" at least) so eat what we want to. But, your right it really doesn't matter, but that is one reason why we eat snacks that are well not so good for you. My son is 6'4' and is too thin he needs weight gainers. Now my hubs eats great, healthy, but he isn't here to help me with the kids, remember, he chose to leave because he couldn't stand me anymore. I thought it was great when I met his friend and his friend said, how did you get that young girl. He is only 5 yrs. older, but for some reason, he has aged and not in a good way. He was pissed and for the first time was speechless, sucker. No more alcohol, I look at it like it's acid now. I never looked at it like that before. I keep thinking of the water on the coals and it gives me the creeps. I want my liver to be healthy and I will do whatever I have to do.thanksSharonFrom: Christ <ludichrist2000@...>WebWarriors grp < >Sent: Wed, December 1, 2010 8:15:49 PMSubject: [ ] Occasional Drink/Sugar - Sharon Hi Sharon DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL - peroid - ever again. Not even a sip. If you dont believe me, others, and articles I post - ask your liver doctor. You are right - alcohol is a multiple negative - liver damage from alcohol AND HCV. - Alcohol also aids the HCV to replicate. [get worse] - Alcohol also aids one getting Diabetes2, which is a major complication with HCV. Do you want to heal or not? Also you said you were a sugar freak. Stop it, and salt, and fried foods, and preservatives. - There is plenty of sugar and salt already in your food. - Fried foods are tasty, but they rot your gut. - Preservatives are pure poison. If you want to know more about a healthy, liver friendly diet - click this link and start reading: http://health.dir./group/ /links/HEP_C_DIET_INFO_001245398019/ Sorry to be blunt, and tactless, but common sence doesnt play footsie. The truth will slap you upside your head, without regaurd about niceitys. Your liver is the MOST important organ in your body. Without it - you will die. Its time - right now - to change your diet and lifestyle. Its time to think - HEALING YOUR BODY, - not - 'hey lets play a game with my life'. I tell you this because I am your friend, and I care about your wellbeing. It is possible to heal yourself - if - you are sencere about doing so. I have known people who killed themselves because they wouldnt get serious, and correct their lifestyle and diet. I know others - right now - who are paying the price for the same reasons. Two of those people is you and me. We have HCV. Are we having fun yet? You liking me isnt important to me, Sharon [altho I hope you do]. Your healthy survival is all I care about. love don in ks [don is on a roll] - LOL :-) from Sharon Hi, I think it would be a double negative if you did drink. However, I thought you could drink, hmmmmmmmm Very touchy, --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, HCV thrives on sugar?? OMG, I'm a sugar freak. So I can't have sugar?? I can't believe that it actually multiplies. I have a lot of sugar in my diet. Wow, I'm so shocked about that. I am terrified now. I am really not liking the sounds of that. sharon
