It is extremely difficult to personally spread HepC yourself. Remember, its a blood to blood contact and so would take some really far out circumstances to spread it. There is no need to be phobic about that part.

Yes, it is sad that someone would say that thing about Aids and HepC. Of course, it is a lack of information. Sure, there are IV Drug users that are stricken with both; but, you would have to be a current drug user to have Aids because the Aids would have shown up by now.

You are not dying!!! You probably don't even feel the least sick, do you?? It takes like - forever, for your liver to fail

from HepC and again, by this time you would know, because you would be extremely sick and in a whole lot of pain. Now, you tell them your own number and not your husband's. No one from anywhere is going to tell you on the telephone what is going on. It's just not done that way. You do need to prepare yourself for a whole battery of tests. However, your sons will have to be going through them as well, so you have to be strong for them!! Count your blessings that you still have your husband to be there through all of this. He must be a good man!!

Sharon, after I did my 2nd treatment, I got the worst news that anyone with HepC could get. I'm one of the extremely low percentile that has developed liver cancer. Last April, I went through a major surgery called a "resection" where the surgeon went in and cut out my two tumours. Just in this

past two weeks now, I have also learned that they've found another tumour. For whatever reason, my husband of 21 years fell into his evil twin mode and was real nasty to me constantly. This continued right through the cancer operation. At the end of May, I came out to an RV park with our travel trailer so that I could get some peace and serenity. However, he never quit!! So, just at the beginning of October, I bought myself a 39' 5th wheel for a home. I absolutely love it. My husband is still being a prick and I'm trying very hard to stay away from him altogether; but, it's hard after 21 yrs. This particular tumour scares me more than the other two did and for whatever reason, I'm not processing the news very well. However, I am extremely grateful to this group for all of their support. Also, I will go on to all the future Dr. appointments with a great

deal of hope! I only tell you this, in hopes that it can help you get strong enough to want to fight this dragon in yourself and show your boys that you are big and strong. That's what they desperately need to see.
