Guest guest
Everyone.. Steve and I heard something wonderful this weekend.. Not sure if he has already posted this because I haven't read all my messages in my inbox yet.. I still have over 100. At the Annual Meeting for Liver Specialists that took place in the past week a new term was used in conjunction with Hepatitis C. Are you ready for the new word? CURED Yep, I said it, CURED. After 6 months of SVR status, after you have completed treatment, you are now considered CURED. The ONLY chance of that virus coming back is if you are re-infected. CURED folks.. CURED. This is big. What this means is that once we kill the dragon in our liver, we can get the dragon out of our head.... FINALLY. CURED. CURED. I love that word.
