Guest guest
Bill First of all there is a seven minute recorded message about Immunocal that is a toll free 24hr a day no. 1-888-784-2222 The person you would need to speak to at Immunotec is Molson his no. is 1-450-424-9992 ext. 234 you will possibly get his voice mail. Follow the drill, and will phone you back as soon as possible. In the mean time to know more about Glutathione you can search the med line. You can also search out Immunocal and Bounous, G, as he is the doctor who discovered the unique properties of Immunocal. You can also purchase at Barns and Noble the book Breakthrough In Cell Defence, by Dr. Gustavo Bounous co-wrote with Dr. Allan Somersall. If you wish to access my web site, go to www.immune-reponse.net/natures way You can find out more about glutathione here as well as about the Dr.'s and access the patents and the med line. Guest guest
Debbie, Hello and a big welcome from a snowy Ohio:) Yes I have jra and have since I was 17 I nearly died from this disease because back then I say back then! 1970's the docs didn't know much if any about jra! I went from hospital to hospital and doc to doc until I finally wound up in Columbus before that the docs were going to send me to the Mayo Clinic. Almost a yr to the day I began getting very ill my jra went into remission. Only to return when I was pregnant with our 3rd son and it's been with me every since. So you take care:) and email sometime ok Teena
Guest guest
Debbie, I love your " aye " . Where are you from? I live in WV myself. On candida, here is web sight sent to me. And then I did a search on candida and came up with a lot of sights, but I did not bookmark any of them. I ran out of time and had to run errands. But this will get you started, and they have a quiz to take. http://www.yeastconnection.com/. My problem is no pain, itching, odor, just a vaginal irritation in which mega doses of acidopholus clears up the sensation. That is strange you have not lost any weight!!!! How long have you been on the diet? Do you eat mostly highly beneficial foods? I cut out all of the avoids, and stuck to the hb foods, and wandered recently into the neutral and had my vaginal problems. So I will avoid the neutrals for a while. It is mostly fruit that gives me problems, although I read celery - candida people should avoid as well as grapes. I found this info at another sight. Bye for now, pam. Guest guest
Debbie, can you take the silver while trying to get pg? Would it consider the embryo a foreign substance and abort it? I was wondering, seeing how I would take it for candida. I will have to check out the web sights. I am still debating over the olive leaf. Pam. Guest guest
Pam, While pregnant you should be able to take silver. It only gets rid of bacteria's, viruses, and fungi, and I don't think a fetus is any of the above. lol But speaking of children and getting pregnant. I have six. Want some good advice? I mean some really G O O D advice? Don't do it!!!!!! Just kidding, but children are a job and to do the job right.....well it takes all your energy, all your money, all your humor, and all your pride. But in the end, it is worth it. I just look back over these last 24 years and think what hell I have been through, and what life would have been without all these little faces. Then I smile and thank God I did what I did, as insane as I have become. lol Good luck on getting there. Guest guest
Debbie can I have some of your abundant fertility? I only have 1 and would love 2 more. What makes me timid with the silver and the olive leaf is that I have read about spontaneous abortions, where the body aborts thinking the fetus is a foreign object. So my immune system acts on this. And I don't want to take anything to make my immune too active. I remember reading in D'Adamo's book that type O has a very good immune system. The only time I usually get sick, is if I eat food some sick person has sneezed into or whatnot (sorry for the graphics), but I can breathe all the sick germs, and I come out fine. Now let me knock on wood so that I don't regret typing this. So what do you still think? I am so paranoid where this is concerned. Pam. Guest guest
Then don't take the silver Pam. Like I said it is a natural antibiotic, so if you do get sick maybe a swig won't hurt, but ifyou are nervous about it then don't do it. Take care and happy baby making. Guest guest
Pam, Have you had any miscarriages? If so, you might be progesterone deficient. If this is the case, you can consider wild yam or progesterone cream. If these don't do the trick, consider getting pharmaceutical grade natural progesterone in pill form from an ob-gyn. I know this is available in the USA, because my ob-gyn was considering putting me on it when I became overstressed, and stopped ovulating. Guest guest
Debbie, I do feel for you and those 30 pounds. Me, I don't need to loose weight, I just want to get pregnant again. And yes, it is frustrating!!!! I wonder why you cannot loose those extra pounds? Protein seems to be the key for me. In that if I get enough, my body is happy and I stay trim. Have you tried figs and prunes to help. They work great for me. I keep reading that sugar cravings is a sign of candida. I too love sweets, also. But have not had any cravings lately so the olive leaf must be working. Do you take any supplements? They could have fillers in them that are avoids. Me, my weight goes to my stomach. So I do understand about the fanny weight. Pam
Guest guest
Yes Pam I do eat figs and prunes. It amazes people in my office that I can eat them like I do and not be running to the bathroom. I do a colon, blood, and parasite cleanse every 2-5 months. I do not have candida that I know of. My doctor told me that I have the insides of a 21 year old body builder (good clean organs, blood is real rich and pure, and my electons and all are very healthy) Just 30 pounds too much weight on me. The supplements I take are from Dr. Hilda e...so there is nothing in them that would harm or disrupt what Dr. Dadamo instructs. Like I said...it is frustrating and it is discouraging, but I do keep on the diet for the fact, I know it works. Well I can't understand wanting to get pregnant (with 6...I am SO OVER IT ...lol) but I wish you luck at it. Hey at least the trying part is fun aye? And it does give you some kind of a work out or so the experts say anyways lol Take care Debbie Re: Debbie Debbie, I do feel for you and those 30 pounds. Guest guest
Debbie, that sure is strange with your body!!! What kind of cleanse do you do? As I am munching on my figs before I go to bed, I got thinking. Do your figs and prunes have preservatives in them? How many do you eat a day? Just a thought, and I am searching for an answer! I had another thought and I cannot remember it. Oh, thyroid! Do you take anything to up your thyroid? I was thinking when I am down and out, I crave sugars more. Guest guest
For the colon cleanse I use nature's secret (found in all health food stores....even GNC stores) cleansing program. It consists of fiber herbs and another supplemental herbal combo. For the blood....I don't have it here in my office with me at the moment, but it is just a high concentration of antioxidants and also can be found in any health food store. Just say you want something to clean the blood. Hope this helps Debbie Re: Debbie > > > Debbie, I do feel for you and those 30 pounds. Guest guest
Debbie, you sound like my daughter and me. We have to exercise a lot, in addition to eating right to lose weight. I wasn't this way until I hit 45, but my daughter's only 25! Plus we aren't as strict as Dr. D'Adamo indicates an O should be who's wanting to lose weight. For instance, only 2 oz. of meat to a serving (instead of 3-5) if you're wanting to lose weight. That's not much meat 1/8 of a lb. Plus, we don't always eat 3-5 servings of cooked veggies and 3-5 servings of raw veggies a day--that's a lot of veggies. Anyway, I'm getting tired of carrying my extra 30 #s so I'm going to start exercising more, eating more veggies and eating less meat. I'll let you know if it works!! Guest guest
Debbie, be careful with the dhea - on one girl it started facial hair growing. she had so much progesterine in her body, that the estrogen was low and she was growing facial hair. When she had a hormone test, her dhea was sky high. On a happier note - but more cautious to you - she is happily pregnant!!! Pam
Guest guest
now there are avoids Pam.....like I am back to drinking coffee, but instead of 12 cups a day I am at maybe 2. BUT for the 8 months I did absolutely no avoids, no neutrals except for an occasional banana, and I did the portion thingy. Like I said everyone around me was loosing weight and feeling terrific. (I have no known health problems, and always feel terrific). BUT I DID NT LOOSE MORE THAN 4 POUNDS THE WHOLE 8 MONTHS. I know my thyroid was off so I took the thyroid factors by 's, took DHEA (Growth hormone supplement) to build back whatever might be in need of repair, and took a B-complex daily. Now my reading in the morning is 99 degrees, so I did fix that. Like I said, I felt and still do feel like I could swing from trees, but I just can't loose the weight. My mom just shakes her head because she has gone through years of trying every natural thing there is and has only gained weight (which means I got this from her.....and I don't like her for that! lol) The only thing I am not doing is the arobic exercise. I work at a desk doing accounting all damn day, But once I am home, believe me I move. I never sit and watch TV or read a magazine (unless I grab one while I am heading to my throne for 3 minutes) lol. And because of the cleansings, I have regular movements about 1 hour after I eat, so believe me, I am not full of shit lol Well gotta go Pam. I know as much as it is making you ponder on it, I have stayed up pacing over it....But at least I am healthy in every other way. I just can't figure out what the heck is keeping me from loosing. I would love to be in one of those study programs where they do everything for you and record the results.....I would probably be the freak they can't figure out.
