teeth pain - in Hawaii

Hi

If a dentist refuses to treat you due to your HCV, then you dont want that dentist anyways.

It is real simple for the doc to wear gloves, and a facial screen [if they are afraid of spray], and clean their tools.

I inform everybody that I have the HCV.

My dentist does not refuse to treat me, and I hope after I have left, that the staff takes extra precautions cleaning up.

I know dentists are not real fun, but tooth pain is a drag, and the infection can sometimes kill a person.

Remember its only inches from ones brain.

Dont be afraid to find a 'real' dentist, and get fixed up.

I so need to see a dentist, my teeth are so painful. I try the mouthwash it burns so bad, it is hard to take, but I do it.

I have problems with the dentist, as when i say I have Hep C they are afraid to touch me:( I have to learn to start lieing to people!

Hey ny,

A couple weeks ago, I had a tooth hurting so much I could feel my heartbeat in it. I didn't want to go to dentist because of issues with treatment. I started brushing more each and using Listerine everytime. I used it before going to bed too. And when I got up to potty in the night, Listerine. My mouth feels so much better. It took over a week of the regimine to ease it up. But I think I can forego a dentist trip...for now.
