You know that the VL can change from minute to minute, as well as day to day. One reason for this is that the virus copies clump together in ones bloodstream. You can get two blood tests, one right after the other, and one may show a low VL, and the next, having bunches of copies, may be high. I dont know why your feeling pain. It could be stress related or it might be because you over-used those muscles too. Try to take it easy and relax. Dont worry about a thing if you can help it.
