Stay with the basic tape (and the tummy workout) as long as you need. I did it for at least a month straight before I was ready to move on to the advanced. It really helps your form , too. It sounds like the tapes would be a good idea for you. You can go on automatic delivery or order them individually. There are same great ones out there. If you feel the need for a change a pace, I'd recommend starting the basic live automatic delivery or just buying BL1 (basic live volume 1) and BL2. They are great tapes and a good transition to the advanced tapes. The music is all regular songs which for me at least, is a lot more stimulating. Are you happy with your diet (by " diet " I mean what you eat every day)? A lot of us have seen results from taebo and eating a healthy diet. JB, Don't worry about going back to the basic tapes! You can really get a great workout doing them and the most important thing is to have correct form so it's better to do a basic tape using the correct form rather then struggling through an advanced tape where you're flailing all over the place! So, keep doing the basic tapes and eventually you'll get to the point where you feel like you can do a little more and you can slowly start adding more time on until finally you'll be doing the advanced tapes!
