Thanks again, , the information you impart to us is invaluable!Carolyn, I'm happy to hear that your back and neck are improving, but am bummed to hear that you are blue. is there any kind of fun activity or group you can join to perk up your spirits, get you out of the house more? How far away is the nearest sizeable town? I could see you thriving at a boxing gym or class offered at a rec center.
