My Dr said sleep is probably most important thing for anyone with Fibro; your body and mind need time to rest and repair. I have been taking a prescribed sleep aid for over a year. It has made such a positive difference in my life, night and day...a sanity-saver!! Teri, your not doing yourself any good by not pursueing whatever it takes to get a restful 8 hrs sleep.
