I put ice and water in a cup, put a straw in and just drink in as much water as I can, keep refilling and keep the water with me all day. Esp. when my back starts to hurt I force myself to drink up more and the pain goes away. This really seems to work. I got some small ones from the Dollar Tree but Sonic has better wider ones.
