Guest guest
Duncan: Regarding your email pasted BELOW. Do you have a source for SUGAR-FREE INULIN? Since you said " 3% FOS, both of which feed pathogens and yeasts " I think I should find another brand. Even though I was given an Antibiotic, my REACTIONS have always been to STARCH & SUGAR, so I believe it is Candida for sure. How does one get their Thrush analyzed? Is there a test? Thanks a lot, Bonnie Bonnie, the inulin portion is not digestible by candida or yeast, but the 10% sugar could be a problem for some people. These individuals can use pure inulin that contains no sugar or short chained FOS instead of " native " unrefined inulin. If you don't react like that to sugary or starchy foods, its neither the inulin nor the sugar that's the causing your symptoms. Why don't you get your thrush analyzed to see what it is?
