Hi Carol,

I get emails in digest and had a hard time wading through all the other " stuff "

so I figured I'd start a new email to thank you for your reply.

What you eat is right up my alley. Ive been a vegetarian for a long time and am

finding it very hard to digest meat. Simply, it grosses me out. I continue to

try and eat it...if its disguised in something lke a chili or soup I can get it

down better, but how many things like that can you make with just meat and

veggies which is what I'm being told is the ONLY thing I can eat for candida.

I managed to eat nothing but veggies and meat (except cream in my coffee and

almonds) for three weeks and found no improvement.

I may gradually start going this direction. I seriously need to do something

different before I lose it. LOL
