Doug Hi Doug: I'm no Chemist, to answer your question and let's hope Duncan doesn't read this, so he can chop it all up like mincemeat. MCT's simply are Medium Chain Fats which is a large part of Coconut Oil. The 3 Medium Chain Fats contained within VCO are Caprylic Acid, Capric Acid and Lauric Acid, with Lauric Acid being the largest part, by far. This Lauric Acid (or Monolaurin) is what this LAURICIDIN is composed of and available in these tiny pellets. With this flu going around, I'm going to take them.
