I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue by saliva test though blood test is OK.

Before that one doc suspected thyroid problem because it is similar to adrenal

fatigue. But only saliva test can tell if you have it.

Now I am taking treatments for adrenal deficiency and I was told that my

allergic reaction will decrease as well as any infection I may have.

It is mostly supplements that are building blocks of adrenals but they should be

taken from tiny doses because large dose can cause very bad side effect and even

adrenal crash. Now I realize why any stimulants caused severe side effects to me

in the past.

Adrenal fatigue can cause reflux too because of weak digestion. I hope it helps

for all problems though I found out that my sensitivities coming from past. I

have measles in my childhood, and virus infection like flu after which I got

intolerance to some foods too. I have red that viruses cause allergy in some

people not only bacteria. Candida is very toxic bacteria and can cause adrenal

fatigue and reflux. But Adrenal incifficiency can be the reason for chronic

candida too.

Hormonal imbalances could be also a result of hormonal pills and shot I had in

the past. I think I have allergy to hormones itself because I reacted too

strong. After progestin shop I got sick for many years as well as after shot

during the birth of my son. I forgot the name of hormone, probably Oxitocin but

I know it is stimulate milk production and delivery in women. Progestin cause

adrenal crush for sure as I red about that in the book. The second one is

probably too.

You should try to avoid any of such hormones and even natural hormones. Every

time I took progesterone I had severe reflux and burning in the esophagus. Any

hormones cause imbalances as hormonal system works as thermostat and intake of

one hormone will cause chain reaction in the whole system.
