I got an mild increase in energy from it but didn't think the benefit was

significant enough to offset the high cost of NADH. Steve B.

NADA is part of the Krebs cycle. It your clock is not broken in that place it

won't help. If you do have a problem, it will.

That is assuming that NADH can enter the cell intact. My guess is

that it cannot. NADH is manufactured inside the cell, for use inside

the cell.

Oral supplemented NADH is most likely broken up in the digestive

system. The benefit that some people gain from the product is likely

that it supplies the nutrients that the cells need to recycle its own

NAD. which is a B vitamin (niacin).

If a healthy person goes through the equivalent of about 300 lbs of

ATP, my guess is that the body is probably recycling the equivalent of

about 50 - 100 lbs of NADH. Is a little pill going to make much

difference? Maybe, if the person is lacking in the ingredients to

make its own, and the supplement provides it. However, If the raw

ingredients are present and the NADH is blocked from being produced

for another reason, then my guess is that the pill is going to be

ineffective.

Better to make sure that the diet contains foods that provide a

balance of B vitamins. It's a better use of your money, IMHO.

All the best,

Jim

Hi I have benefited from taking NADH (ENADA) for the last 7years. Before taking

Enada I was bedbound 20hrs a day for 10years. I did not feel the benefit from

taking Enada until after taking 2 x 5mg tablets (in the morning) for 2months. It

seems to have a cumulative effect. I have on 2 occasions stopped the treatment

but found that after 3weeks off the Enada I was getting to the same bedbound

state I was before taking this treatment. I have also tried taking a generic

form of this supplement other than Enada and found again that I was sinking into

the same bedbound state as I was before the Enada. Having said all this I have

not been in communication with others who have benefited from this supplement. I

have spoken to some patients who say they have tried Enada and that it did not

benefit them. So there are no guarantee's. As there are so many varied reasons

why a person might have cfs different patients are going to benefit from

different treatments. Adam
