Guest guest
Guys, Almost all anticandida diets are created in phases. I have more intestinal symptoms than any other thing, no sinus problems, no skin problems but my intestinal overgrowth is big. I need some help and ideas to be in a diet that allow me to work and at the same time be effective. I need energy sources like some grains and would like to know if someone has found some allowed grains in Publix supermarkets. I am thinking to buy online if I don't find them around. Most candida books I own advice a very restrictive diet for at least 3 weeks (phase 1) and they allow more things during a phase 2 that you should follow for 3 months. Please, where can I find quinoa, buckwheat (gluten free), millet, etc. Almonds are allowed because are almost fat. I don't want to lose more weight and I need ideas.
