Is there a way to tell if the candida diet/diflucan/nystatin is working?

Other than the obvious, which is that Im feeling better. The thing is, he

diagnosed me with adrenal fatigue and underactive thyroid as well. Hes been

treating those. That could be the reason im feeling slightly better. I just

hate being on this diet and not knowing if what Im doing is helping or not.

If I had a better idea it would help me to have more initiative on this

diet.
