Guest guest
Guys, I would like to know if somebody else share the same symptoms I am having. My biggest problem is intestinal and I am not sure candida is the biggest culprit at all. What I mainly feel is loud intestinal gurglings that you can hear them without to be close to me. I have bad absorption and see peaces of food without digest in my stool. I am having thyroid problems, hyperthyroidism , and it cause rapid intestinal transist and stomach noises. I don't see people report too much stomach noises when they have candida and even less hyperdefecation, some times I have 4 bowel movement a day with more stool amount than what should be normal. It is clear that hyperthyroidism speeds the intestinal transit and food don't have time to complete the digestion in every step of the digestion process. What do you think about my case??? What your experience and logic make you think about this?? I always think in candida but I believe my thyroid isn't under control now. The two more sensitive organs when the thyroid is affected are the gut and heart. Two months ago, I had palpitations, blurred vision which I tought was candida, but when I bagan the antithyroid drug, all that went away. Any opinion is welcome... I always will be here to help with my humble contribution. Thanks a lot, .
Guest guest
, It is sounding like you have very little enzyme activity and low stomach ability, as your stomachs job is to break down your food. With all the medical drugs you have taken, they have a toll on the GI tract and its functionality. They are chemical synthetic compounds and we are natural non-synthetic beings. Sound like you could spent a little more time chewing if you are having chunks come out the other end. May be lacking microorganism in the intestines? Villi and lining may be damaged? Those noises you are hearing can have several origins, but all point to an imbalance. Sounds like your body is speedily moving what you consider food right through the system as well? Undigested or improperly digested food is actually toxic and very traumatic, and the body likes to get the toxins out ASAP. Candida loves the conditions you are having. I would say that candida is a big player. Are you having any back pain or pain in your feet or extremities? Guest guest
, I agree with what Wil has said. I am no doctor--what an understatement--but i do or have shared *some* of your symptoms. here are a couple things that could help! * try *small* amounts of low-heat processed juices, vegetable only. there is *no nutrition in fiber,* the nutrition is in the JUICE. these juices (i buy from iherb.com--wholesale prices, on-line discounts and free shipping for orders over $40) [these juices] WILL detox your system too. but because they have no FIBER, they are assimilated much faster and are much easier to digest! I use Just Barley and Green Vibrance. Also spirulina from local health food store. again, go SLOWLY and increase as your body can handle. 1 tsp every other day or so to start. do not do this when you feel crappy already. it WILL detox your body, but you will have more energy afterwards, as after ANY detox. :-) * i use ENZYMES and HCL to help me digest my food. my enzymes are the Health Concern brand, and have a great balance of both enzymes, hcl and ox bile, yes ox bile. they are SUPER. when i have felt--still DO feel--rumblings coming on, even during a meal, i pop 1 or 2 of these digestive aids and lo and behold, the rumblings either stop or are very much MINIMALIZED. they help the body break down the food so we CAN get the nutrients we need from it. * when i reintroduced properly cultured milk the other week or so, milk with ALL the lactose used up, i still had INSANE rumblings that lasted for, uh, 4 to 6 hours or more afterwards!! [not to mention horrible smelly flats.] it was the trace amount of alcohol in it that turns to sugar. so i don;'t know if you have been doing any dairy, even cultured, but that is what it did to me. hopefully if that is a cause for you it is easy to fix. don't drink it. :-) * i use 200 billion enteric coated probiotics at night on empty stomach. if the enzymes that i take with a meal do not stop ALL my rumbling, then i take a PB 8 probiotic--these do not need refrigeration. they are affordable and 2 pills have 14 billion cultures. they are *not* enteric, but they DO help with both rumbling AND any " smelly flats " that the indigestion would produce if i were NOT to have sufficient probiotics in my gut. so that brings me to the next: how many probiotics do you take, and what kind? are they enteric coated, which DOES make a difference! and yes, for sure, Wil is right on this next! when the body wants to get rid of something toxic it does so SPEEDILY. reminds me of when, in severe leg pain last spring from an injury (2 weeks out of work, icing every 2 hours), i--hyper-sensitive to chemicals--took a bunch of pain pills thinking my body would just " detox " or something. well, it detoxed all right, all those pills right out of my body in a very horrible way! Wil is right, chemicals may be useful at times, but they WILL take their toll!! , we love you!! I do hope some of this helps! Guest guest
Thanks for your words... I have to do some things that I haven't taken seriously. I have been eating outside and many of the marinades and sause contains gluten. I have even eaten small portion of it. I will respect a real gluten free diet for 3 months and will take a Celiac Blood Panel to see if it shows something. There is a home test for gluten intolerance that you can do at home without medical order. It is cheap $50 plus shipping. If you aren't IGA deficient, it should show the true. Thanks, . > > > From: Wil Spencer <wilspencer@...> > Subject: Re: It is time for me to get your opinions...
