Guest guest
One thing I totally agree with Duncan is about Prebiotic Intake. If you allow me tho chose between probitics and prebiotics, I will go for the prebiotics. The reason is there isn't enough data to support that probiotics can colonize the intestines permanently. Prebiotics are going to feed those colonies which are present and increase the bifidobacteria numbers. Bifidos are your main freindly flora. But, in the case that probiotics were my priority, I will go for those strains which may have more chance to implant and bring benefits, at least, temporary. LGG, L. Reuteri, L. plantarum V-299. This last one became available in capsules recently.
