I think you cold lose fat weight by replacing 2 meals with whey and vegetables,

yes. Whey is a metabolic enhancer as well as a lean tissue builder, so fat will

tend to melt away. Whey is less inflammatory than meat, so perhaps one might

lose some water weight too :)

Elderly people who have metabolic syndrome e.g. the classic pear-shaped body,

too much fat around the middle and butt etc., flaccid skin under the arms and

such, would do well to directly attend to HGH release as well. What you're

looking for is tone, right, not just to be a flaccid bone-rack, and muscle tone

takes HGH. If you're under 45 or so there's a good chance you can get toned

without attending to an HGH enhancment, but it IS an anti-aging tool so

certainly by 40-45 one should be looking at long-term objectives in that regard.

When I started my first round of anti-aging at 31, there was such a difference

in 30 days that my friends noticed before I even told them I'd been taking

supplements. I'm sure everyone should start anti-aging as early as they can. The

cool thing is you don't even have to optimize everything, just guess it closer

to right and you see a big difference.
