Guest guest
Three days is about all I can tolerate of this restricted diet. It seems there is not but so much you can rotate in there 3 times a day day after day without getting tired of it fast. To avoid whole groups of foods: fruits, whole grains, carbohydrates, it leaves little to enjoy if you are active and eating 3 times a day without tiring of it quickly and beginning to hate the foods you are now supposed to rely on. I have regressed for the second time in a week and now am thinking of including all these other food groups and challenge whether a wholistic approach may not WORK better. Getting tired of a select group of foods doesn't work. I see even some of the brightest alternative/ conventional doctors only rule out " shallow carbs " on their suggested approach.
