Guest guest
I am discouraged by this die off tiredness. I am taking a tablespoon of coc. oil twice daily. That does not seem to help. Should I add anything else? Is Oil of Oregano helpful with die off? I have heard of using molydenum but would not know if that helped the tiredness, nor how to combine that with the coc. oil. Thanks Doug
Guest guest
There is a very large misconception about this coconut oil theory for candida overgrowth. In my clinical experience, the use of any vegetable oil and that includes soya, canola, sunflower, flax seed, grape seed, etc. is very detrimental. The use of these oils are not electrically or biologically healthy, in my opinion. To answer your question regarding tiredness, your life force comes from your food and when you are unable to receive the life force you get tired or the toxins get built up and you get tired. So in my clinical experience you need to get rid of the toxins and tend to the health of the digestive tract. In the digestive tract we house over 700 different microorganisms. The job of these microorganisms are to convert the life force from the food to us. Using vegetable oils in the diet causes the microorganisms to be unable to do their job and actually cause toxins to be built up in the body. Guest guest
Wil, thank you for responding. Reading your beliefs I cannot agree with that. I have used oils for years without this tiredness. This tiredness is related to my 8 day(so far) of taking Yeast Max and experiencing the die off which is definitely a new tiredness in my life. You may have healthier paths in your philosophy but it does not make sense to me. Guest guest
Wil, I missed the second point, and yes the tiredness may be due to toxins I am not getting rid of, I am slack on detoxing and with your reminding me I will get back to that. Thanks Doug From: Wil Spencer <wilspencer@...> Subject: Re: Die off tiredness candidiasis Date: Saturday, October 31, 2009, 7:59 PM There is a very large misconception about this coconut oil theory for candida overgrowth. Guest guest
I am sure others would have backup clinical evidence, reports, etc. Other than your clinical experience where is the overwhelming evidence that coconut oil is detrimental, and you didn't mention olive oil but I guess that is taboo also. P.S. for those who do not have a Candida overgrowth are these taboo oils ok??? Keycross Die off tiredness I am discouraged by this die off tiredness. I am taking a tablespoon of coc. oil twice daily. Guest guest
I have seen the use of veggie oils take years to crawl up to the point of fatique. I have never seen in my clinic a die-off of tiredness like you are talking about. A die-off of alot of other feelings and sensations tho. Knowing what YeastMax is and does, you may want to know somethings. When one takes these new fancy detox and cleaners with out the core life force with in them you strip even more life force from you along with what ever you are purging from the body. If you are getting fatiqued from a product like YeastMax I would venture to say your core essence is quite diminished already and it would pay, in my opinion, you may be better off to be feeding your essence more instead of detox.
