Guest guest Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 Nystatin isn't a problem at all. I see Diflucan more agressive to the health and you shouldn't be on it for long time. If you go for Nystatin, ask for powder which is more effective than tablets. If you have an intestinal overgrowth and this is what I understand is the candida we talk about, you must improve your friendly flora. You need to look at what caused it at the first time and to correct the root cause if possible.
