Is inulin causing staining of my teeth?

I have been getting significant brown staining in between all of my teeth and

this is after getting them cleaned recently( without that problem). I am

wondering if the inulin can cause that and if so is there an antidote for it. I

brush and floss regularly and use xylitol toothpaste. I think it is either the

inulin or something else I am ingesting that reacts to the inulin. Thanks Doug
