Guest guest
Many candida sufferers do have many allergies. These products like multi fiber & multi grain flour etc., could turn harmful though they sound rather healthy from nutrition point of view. A person tested allergic to any one of the many ingredients in the product, product may not suit & cause harm than heal. Would this be ok for someone with candida or would the organic oat bran mess me up? I am still looking for solutions to my constipation, since inulin bothered my gerd too much, psyllium bothered gerd and gave me other bad side effects and I am not supposed to be on laxatives like epsom salt magnesium nor Miralax. Guest guest
MMGM, I was more worried about the specific items that feed candida. You still have a point with allergies. I took one dose this morning and did not feel good most of the day. I am going back and see how long I can tolerate inulin again. I don't know where else to turn. I guess I can still look up or google constipation and see what solutions are offered. Guest guest
Doug, Don't want to insult your intelligence, but are you eating lots of vegetables? Salads? Can you tolerate avocados? They always helped in that area for me. And exercise and fluids -- am sure you know this but thought I'd mention it. Yoga can help too, leg lifts stimulate digestion. And yogurt. ________________________________ From: dglsrichey <dglsrichey@...> candidiasis Sent: Sun, September 12, 2010 8:24:16 PM Subject: Triple Fiber containing oat bran ok for candida??  Having trouble with constipation and psyllium fiber causing multiple side effects, I would like to try this product called Triple Fiber which contains flax seed, oat bran and acacia fiber. Guest guest
, I do eat vegetables and have an avocado a day. I cannot do anything more than a medium(slow) paced walk due to alot of orthapaedic issues. So no aerobics. I am going to try that bouncing on a trampoline that Duncan suggested. I went back today on inulin and see if I can beat the gerd with things like DGL etc. Thanks Doug From: Myslis <smyslis1@...> Subject: Re: Triple Fiber containing oat bran ok for candida?? candidiasis Date: Tuesday, September 14, 2010, 5:54 PM  Doug, Don't want to insult your intelligence, but are you eating lots of vegetables? Salads? Guest guest
, I don't think my gerd would tolerate drinking olive oil, I use alot of it in cooking. I drink a reasonable amount of water and I will check the specs on my probiotics, thanks, Doug > Having trouble with constipation and psyllium fiber causing multiple side effects, I would like to try this product called Triple Fiber which contains flax seed, oat bran and acacia fiber. Guest guest
If I do not take magnesium epsom salts, the reg. mag citrate I take twice a day has no impact. I am back on 3rd day of inulin and if I can keep with this I have no constipation issues.
