Guest guest
That is the way I have taken it as I did not know if it was right to take it with anything else. You are supposed to take amino's on an empty stomach I thought. Doug From: The s <pjmurphy@...> Subject: Re: [sPAM] Re:L-glutamine candidiasis Date: Sunday, March 7, 2010, 12:30 AM  Has anyone suggested taking l-glut by itself on empty stomach? Doesn't compete with other aminos that way. BJ [sPAM] Re:L-glutamine I've been taking l-glut for couple of years now, usually as an addition to my protein shakes...... Gosh, If I had your reaction, I'd be telling my friends, etc. and make sure I had a constant supply....(smile) ......... I started using it for cravings and just kept that up---really haven't noticed any other side effects..... ..... Guest guest
I am saying that amino acids do not compete. The body uses them as it see fit to maintain and build wellness. The question is the availability and ability for the body to recognize them.
