yeast relief please!

I went on birth control about a year ago and started to have yeast

infections. They became very chronic and 8 months later I finally went of

the pill. I last took a birth control pill in August. I did do a 7 day

course of cipro around February (for something else) and tried Diflucan

twice (no relief).

I have taken a daily probiotic (bifodus and acidophallus) for years. I

started the candida diet in August, increased my probiotics to ~20billion

strands/day, keifer daily, added a host of vitamins and minerals, take

citrus seed extract (2-3 times/day) and apple cider vinegar daily, and use

herbal suppositories that include borax (Boiron). I originally tried food

grade hydrogen peroxide (3%) orally as recommended by Pitchford but was

scared of it. I never got passed 3 or 4 drops in 8 oz of water. I have been

douching with 3% HP which does wonders but I am worried about the long term

affects of this. About a month ago I started Candex and may be starting to

see some results but noting major at this point. I added psyllum husk just a

few days ago. I am still having chronic vaginal yeast infections (if I dont

use a suppository or HP3% it will come back in a matter of days), I now have

athletes foot for the 2nd time in a few months (never before in my life), I

had a yeast patch on my hand recently, I have major sugar cravings,

headaches come on that I have never had before and also anal itching.

My question is what else can I add? Am I missing something major or do I

just need to be patient? I was thinking about trying a parasite cleanse

since I have read that they may clear candida as well. Any recommendations

on this?
