==>Hi Gez. Welcome to our group. It's not that soy milk and soy

products are not good for yeast infection, it's that they are damaging

to anyone's body: see " Myths & Truths About Soy " :

http://www.westonaprice.org/mythstruths/mtsoy.html

And also see these articles: http://tinyurl.com/6x9b62

==>There are good alternatives to milk such as Egg Milk or Bee's Raw

Egg Drink - here's Dairy Substitute recipes:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/menu3_1.php

==>None of the substitute milks on the market are okay since they

contain " bad " fats and oils.

==>You can buy mustard at the health store that contains good apple

cider vinegar that some candida sufferers do okay with, but it is

better to make you own:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe158.php

Some candida sufferers do okay if there are small amounts of citric

acid.

I am back to this because I have a question. I drink a little less than 1 & 1/2

cups a day actually split up between 1/2 cup withmy mag,cal morning and one in

evening and a slurp in each of 3 coffees. Is that amount less than 1 & 1/2 cups a

day going to hurt me? Doug

+++Hi Sue K. The best resource for soy information is the Weston A. Price

Foundation - use their Search on the right:
