Guest guest
I like the fact that it lists the way the food brakes down so you can see how to put things together in your diet! Some people can do very well on a limited intake of certain foods. I love the way all things are broken down so you can make an informed choice and do a good job of food combining. Remember, we are not all alike, and getting healthy is achieved in many different ways. And I know you will agree that a healthy person does not have Candida.
