Guest guest
I have been battling many issues for the last several years. A comment was made on here a short time ago about just addressing the underlying problem, instead of just symptom relief. So what I am wondering is what to address first when there are so many underlying things or which of the issues started the " cascade " of underlying things? In my case I have the following things: Candida Lyme + coinfections (Chronic) Adrenal exhaustion (stage 7) Autoimmume (RA + possibly more) Circulation issues There are other more minor issues, but those are the main ones. What I don't know is how to address this and what to focus on. For the last 2-3 years, I have changed my diet drastically and that is ever-evolving to this day. I take lots of supplements and have been treating the Lyme for the last 6 months. I just seem to get worse and most recently my wrists are giving out (ganglions popping up all over them). I can't seem to stop the progression of things. It is so frustrating. I live in the South and even the slightest temp dip has me running my hands under warm water throughout the day just to get the blood back in them (they turn ghost-white). I have to stuff my shoes with hand warmers and carry them around in my pockets and it is only 54 deg. My heart beats funny now and I can't even exercise anymore due to the possible DVT that is suspected in my right leg. There are just a host of other things and I am now worried that I am going to be leaving my 3 young children behind. Sorry to sound like I am complaining when there are others that are surely worse off than myself. It is just that I feel like I am doing all that I can and not getting anywhere. I get so overwhelmed with just what the heck I SHOULD be doing. Maybe I am doing too much. Maybe not enough. Doctors don't seem to help and I am not talking about mainstream. Even the alternative (at least the 6 or 7 I have been to) never seem to get the whole picture. So how do you know what started it all and what to work on? Thanks and if anything, it certainly helps to vent the frustration! Jane
