This sounds like more of a toxic over load of the body, not just a candida die

off. Sound like your lymphatic system is backed up and can not move the toxins

out fast enough. So the bodies next best detox method is the skin..

I would advise on a method I was use but need some questions answered first.

I have a full body rash that I believe is caused by a yeast overgrowth from

heavy antibiotics I was given during the birth of my twins 2 months ago. I've

started the yeast starvation diet and have upped my probitics and the ash is

getting WORSE not better - could this be a die off reaction?

Also - any other remedies that are FAST to get rid of the HORRIBLE itch! My

twins are just starting to sleep better but I am not due to the itching.

What are you drinking for hydration?

Are you walking or doing some kind of movement to drive your lymphatic system?

Have you done any kind of GI tract or liver cleanse?

What do you mean by " yeast starvation diet " ?

Did you have a vaginal birth or C-section?

what strains of probiotics are you taking?

How is you bowel movements?

That sounds miserable!  Sometimes I can't sleep b/c I have a patch of itching

on my arms.  Hydrogen peroxide helps & a Lavender Bedtime Baby Oil by Breck

that I use.   Who knows?  May even be soothing for your babies if they have a

bad night.

I've seen quite a lot of dry skin itching disappear with butter, cod-liver oil;

I think first of a fatty acid deficiency, chiefly DHA and EPA buit you probably

have that covered already.
