Wil do you know the famous budwig cream? it's raw milk yogurt or cream dunno the

right word in English for it, is it sour cream? anyway, with a banana, an apple,

a few almonds and a spoon of buckwheat, raw and then some lemon juice and flax

seed oil. it's good but I tend to get hypoglycemia or be really hungry when I

eat that although I'm fond of it so maybe instead I could make myself a big

yogurt with a banana or a kind of milkshake with raw milk, raw cream and a

banana with maybe a tad of raw honey? I sometimes makes myself that wth cocoa

mmm, a friend of mine is apiculturist and got me a jar of fresh and raw,

unpasteurized honey!

First off, there is no banned fruit with me. There is only fruit that you can

tolerate and that will not set off the fungus to much. In my book, you need

fruit and you should eat fruit, especially in the morning.

does someone know what is the amount of fruits one with candida can have per

day? which fruits are banned? or allowed?

I try to stick to apples, pears, strawberries, apricots, plums etc and avoid

banans, mangoes, cherries and grapes.

thanks for your help

No I do not know of the budwig cream. The combo sounds good, though.

Personally I would not put the nuts, buckwheat and oil in it, you are mixing

carbohydrates and protein together.

That is a mixture for indigestion and most likely could lead to the low blood

sugar and hunger as your body pushes the improperly digested food out of your

system, as this is a toxin to your body.
