Hi ,

Candida shouldn't be self diagnosed, but since it is hard to get a right

diagnose from mainstream medicine, most of us are. It is highly possible your

health problems be linked to candida. You can do a self test and it can give you

an answer. Follow an anticandida diet for one week and see how you react to it.

If you have a severe overgrowth (that is what I think), you should feel diet off

symptoms with the diet alone. But, the easy way to know if candida is the real

problem is following an anticandida program for 1 or 2 months. If you get

benefits and improve, it is your answer. It is easy to find an anticandida

program in the web, follow any of them and by the time you be learning, you will

be able to chose what work better for you.

I hope this help,

.

> I'm new to this group. I think I have candida. I have almost every single

symptom of it. I am ALWAYS sick, and always feeling lethargic and just plain

bad. I have been to tons of doctors and my ENT doctor referred me to a disease

specialist who did lots of blood tests. All were negative. I do not know what

all they tested for, and I'm not sure if they tested for Candida. Last year I

was on antibiotics for at least 11 times, 2 weeks each. I eat very badly. I

crave chocolate and sugar multiple times daily and we eat fast foods a lot. My

sugar cravings are very bad, I feel like I might die if I do not get it

sometimes. Since I get sinus infections once a month, I researched and got on a

dairy free diet- in Dec. I have not had a sinus infection since. I still have

mood swings, IBS, migraines/headaches, sinus problems, allergies. I also

have/had anxiety and depression (depression from being sick all the time). I was

taking Lexapro, and decided last week to get off of it. I thought it was causing

me to be lethargic from the side effects. I did not start researching Candida

till last night. Since getting off the Lexapro I have had insomnia and anger and

mood swings. I want to start TTC soon, and I want to be healthy soo badly. Being

sick all the time has made me suicidal in the past. It just makes me sad that I

can't do normal activities b/c I am sick and tired ALL the time.

eater, who hates veggies. The no dairy almost killed me, but I can turn down

cheese now. I think I might start slowly and try to cut out candy and chocolate

first. Then caffeine, then wheat and fruit juices.

will give me migraines. Any advice on how to quit having the sugar cravings?

Any other vitamins to take?
