Guest guest
There's more than 4 grams of glutamine in a serving of whey, so most people taking whey wouldn't need to take glutamine as well, particularly the majority whom I think use 2 servings of whey a day. The glutathione should be enteric-coated in order to access the intestine lining cells without being simply digested, hydrolyzed, in the stomach. Bonnie, glutathione does not occur in whey powder because the body makes it in every cell from PRECURSORS that are in the whey powder. all good, Duncan > > To heal a leaky gut you may need 2000 mg of L glutamine a day plus 1000 mg of Glutathione. Too much intake of L Glutamine can drop down Glutathione levels. Glucosamime, Bee Pollen, Aloe Vera, Colostrum, Vitamin C, Fish Oil and Vitamin E with Selenium can also help. >
